Key Features:

• Approximately 10-15 steaks per 1kg pack, each weighing 40-120g
• Wild-caught Yellowfin Tuna, perfect for searing
• Uncooked — keep frozen at -18ºC or below
• Do not refreeze once defrosted; consume within 2 days after thawing

Cooking Instructions:

• Thaw in the fridge overnight, then sear in a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown on the outside, and still tender and rare in the middle.
  Serve with a squeeze of lemon or your favourite marinade for a flavour-packed dish.
