East Coast Lobster Tails are wild-caught from the Transkei coast, cleaned, deveined, and blast-frozen to ensure the freshest, most succulent meat. Please note that these are small tails and we recommend having to 2+ per a serving.

Cooking Instructions:

• Thaw in the fridge overnight or submerge in cold water for 30–60 minutes.
• Boil for 5–7 mins or grill for 3–4 mins per side until shell is bright red and meat is opaque. Serve with a drizzle of melted butter, garlic, and fresh herbs.
