Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw the meat in the fridge overnight, or in cold water for 30min. Heat a pan over medium heat with butter or olive oil.
- Add the lobster meat and cook gently for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Cook until the meat is opaque, firm, and heated through - avoid overcooking, as lobster can become tough.
- Finish with butter, garlic, lemon, or herbs if desired.
